PRIVACY & SAFETY
SKOVVA GUARANTEE

We will take all reasonable precautions to protect the privacy of any customer information we have. We will not supply customer information to any other person for any purpose. 

A full guarantee will be provided with your awning. It is valid for one year from the date the product arrives at your door.

  

Our guarantee will cover: 

•    manufacturing faults (i.e. inadequate stitching)

•    faulty fixtures and fittings (i.e. faulty tensioning devices) 

 

Our guarantee will not cover: 

•    wear/damage sustained during commercial use at festivals

•    damage caused by misuse i.e. cuts or tears to the canvas itself

•    damage caused whilst the Skovva is unattended

•    mould  (this is caused by environmental factors rather than manufacturing fault)

•    damage due to use in extreme weather. It is your responsibility to check the forecast and decide if the weather is appropriate for camping. We do not recommend pitching a Skovva in strong gale force wind or above - that’s 40+ mph wind.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By entering the Kanvaswork website you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of use.  An order online indicates your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. 

 

Orders shall be accepted at our sole discretion but will normally be accepted if the goods that you order are available and your credit card is authorised for the transaction. Your card will be charged automatically when you place your order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be given. 

 

The contract between us (Kanvaswork) and you (the customer) becomes binding when you place your order. You will own the goods once they have been delivered to the address specified and when we have received cleared payment for the goods in full. Until that time then we will retain title to the goods. We will contact you if there are any problems. 

Prices quoted to you are the prices set at the time. If for any reason they are increased we will of course email you to let you know prior to processing your order. 

 

We do try to ensure the pictures of our products on our website and social media are accurate. However, due to the nature of the manufacturing process of the materials we use there may be slight variations in colour between the pictures and the goods themselves. Colours may also vary slightly due to variations in display technology, and photography. Should you be dissatisfied, you are eligible to return your product within 14 days of receipt.
